Caramel, Apple & Cinnamon Roll Loaf

2 Cans Cinnamon Rolls
4 large or (6 small) Granny Smith Apples, peeled and diced into small cubes.
½ Cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T flour
1/3 Cup caramel sauce
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Use a non-stick loaf pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the apples, sugar, cinnamon and flour.
Take one can of the cinnamon rolls and place them along the bottom of the loaf pan. Making sure they all touch together to completely cover the bottom of the pan.
Spread ½ of the Apples over the layer of cinnamon rolls.
Drizzle 3 Tablespoons of the caramel sauce over the apples.
Spread the other ½ of the apples over the top and then drizzle with more caramel sauce.
Cover the apples with the second can of cinnamon rolls.
Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Cool at least 30 minutes, and then drizzle with the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls.
Slice and serve with vanilla ice cream (if desired)
