Chicken and Stuffing Bake

  • 1 Box or package of herb seasoned stuffing mix

  • 2 – 3 lbs. boneless chicken tender strips

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • Salt, pepper

  • ¼ Cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/3 Cup milk

  • 1 T parsley

  • 2 broccoli crowns, chopped small

  • 1 ½ cups shredder cheddar cheese, reserve ½ cup


  1. Mix stuffing mix according to package directions. Set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a non-stick 9 x 12 baking pan or spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Season the chicken tenders with the paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese in a separate bowl. Place on the bottom of the baking dish.

  4. Mix the soup, milk and parsley in a bowl and pour over the chicken.

  5. Next, sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Then sprinkle the broccoli crowns over the top of the cheese.

  6. Top with the stuffing mix and the remaining ½ cup shredded cheese.

  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
