Ingredients:
2 cans of water packed Tuna, drained 1 package of Egg Noodles 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup 1 8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese, reserved 1 medium onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced salt, pepper 1/4 Cup 1/2 & 1/2 or light cream 1/2 Bag of crushed potato chips 1/2 stick of butter, cut into cubes Parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Cook egg noodles until Al dente. 2. While the noodles are boiling mix the following into a large bowl. Tuna, soup, 1/2 package of the shredded cheese, onion, garlic, salt & pepper and cream. Mix until well combined. 3. When the noodles are done, drain them and then add them to the mixture and toss to combine well. 4. Place the noodle mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spread out evenly. 5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese. 6. In a large plastic sealed bag, crush the potato chips until fine. 7. Sprinkle the chips over the top of the casserole. Garnish with parsley (if desired) 8. Add the cubed butter over the top. Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
