Chicken & Stuffing Bake

1 Box or package of herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 – 3 lbs. boneless chicken tender strips
2 tsp paprika
¼ Cup parmesan cheese
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 Cup milk
1 T parsley
2 broccoli crowns, chopped small
1 ½ cups shredder cheddar cheese, reserve ½ cup
Mix stuffing mix according to package directions. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a non-stick 9 x 12 baking pan or spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Season the chicken tenders with the paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese in a separate bowl. Place on the bottom of the baking dish.
Mix the soup, milk and parsley in a bowl and pour over the chicken.
Next, sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Then sprinkle the broccoli crowns over the top of the cheese.
Top with the stuffing mix and the remaining ½ cup shredded cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
