Ingredients: 12 Servings Instant mashed potatoes (or leftover real mashed potatoes) 2 Cans (15.25oz.) Sweet Corn 24 ounces Frozen Chicken tenders or chicken nuggets 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 (12 oz.) jar of gravy
Directions:
1. You can make this ahead of time, and bake later! 2. Make the mashed potatoes according to package directions. 3. Cook the Chicken tenders or nuggets according to package directions. 4. Once the potatoes and chicken are cooked - preheat oven to 350 degrees. 5. Layer into a 9 x 13 casserole dish "two layers" of the following: * Mashed potatoes, corn, chicken and cheese. * On top of the second layer - spread the gravy over the top. 6. Bake for about 40-50 minutes until bubbly. 7. Serve in bowls!
