Coconut Custard Pie


Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Whole Milk

  • 1 Cup sweetened shredded coconut

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 Cup all purpose flour

  • 8 Tablespoons butter

  • 3/4 Cup white sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease and flour a pie plate.

  3. Place the milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter and sugar into a blender.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Pour into the greased pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

  7. Remove and let cool completely.

  8. Place in the refrigerator and let chill before serving.
