Strawberry Gelatin Cream Pie


  • 1 3 oz. Packet Sugar Free Strawberry flavored gelatin

  • 4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened

  • 18 oz. Greek Fat Free strawberry yogurt (or (3) 6 oz. containers)

  • 1 8 oz. container lite frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 2 Cups sliced fresh strawberries

  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust (see my recipe for make your own crust under the desserts tab)


  1. In your stand mixer or hand-held mixer bowl add the cream cheese and mix on medium speed until smooth.

  2. Add the strawberry gelatin and yogurt. Beat until well blended. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping. (reserve the rest for the top)

  3. Spoon into the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Top with the remaining whipped topping and sliced strawberries.
