Crab Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust, thawed

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 3-4 dashes of Tabasco sauce

  • 1 Cup shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese

  • ¼ Cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flaked

  • 1 small shallot, diced


Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the thawed pie crust for about 10 minutes, until just starting to brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper and the tabasco sauce.

  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, parmesan cheese and diced onion.

  4. Stir in the imitation crab flakes.

  5. Pour into the pie crust shell.

  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until firm.

Slice and Serve!
