Crab Rangoon Dip


Ingredients:

· 2 Cups crab meat

· 16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks), softened

· ½ Cup sour cream

· 4 green onions, chopped

· 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

· 2 T powdered sugar

· ½ tsp garlic powder

· ½ tsp lemon juice

· 2 cups mozzarella cheese


Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix softened cream cheese with the sour cream. Add the chopped onions and crab meat. Add the Worcestershire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder and lemon juice.

  3. Place the mixture in a baking dish and top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or even pork rinds!
