Ingredients:
Chuck Roast – 4-6 lbs.
1 packet Ranch dressing mix
1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
1 stick of butter
5 -6 pepperoncini peppers (in a jar)
Directions:
1. Place the chuck roast in a crock pot.
2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing on top.
3. Sprinkle the gravy mix on top.
4. Put a stick of butter on the top.
5. Put 5-6 pepperoncini peppers on top.
Do not add water.
6. Cook in the crockpot on low for about 8 hours.
