Crock Pot Overnight Maple Oatmeal

  • 2 Cups Milk

  • ¼ Cup Pure Maple Syrup

  • 1 T butter, melted

  • 1 Cup Regular or Steel Cut Oats (I use steel cut)

  • 1 Cup Apple, peeled and chopped

  • ½ Cup Raisins

  • ½ Cup Walnuts or Pecans, chopped

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt


  1. Before heading to bed, combine all the ingredients into the crockpot and mix well.

  2. Cover and set on low and cook 8 – 9 hours.

  3. Stir, serve and enjoy the next morning!

Hint: You can also try: Honey instead of syrup, peel and slice bananas, peaches or pears, or add dried plums or apricots as well. Be creative!
