Custard Pie (crustless)


Ingredients:

· 4 eggs

· 2 cups milk

· 1 cup sugar

· 1/2 cup melted butter

· 2 tsp vanilla extract

· ½ tsp salt

· 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

· 1 tsp cinnamon


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Combine everything into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Butter a round pie or cake pan.

  4. Pour the ingredients into the pan.

  5. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Enjoy served warm or cold.
