Ingredients:
2 Avocados
1 small onion (1/2 cup), finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 T dried Cilantro
2 Roma (or 6 cherry) tomatoes, chopped
2 T lime juice (or 1 whole lime, juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Peel and mash avocados (a potato masher works great)! Add to a medium serving bowl.
Stir in the onion, garlic, cilantro, tomatoes, lime juice and salt & pepper.
Chill for at least one hour or overnight for the flavors to blend together!
Serve with your favorite chips.
