Red Pepper & Onion Dip

Ingredients:

• 1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix

• 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream

• 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

Directions:

1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer.

2. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers or chips.

Makes 2 Cups!
