Ingredients:
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer.
Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers or chips.
Makes 2 Cups!
