Ingredients:
1-pound ground chicken, pork, turkey or sausage
1 tsp minced Ginger
3 T low-sodium Soy sauce
2 T Oyster Sauce
1 ½ tsp. Sesame oil
4 ½ cups (1 package) shredded Cole slaw mix
1 Cup shredded Carrots
2 Garlic cloves, minced
4 Medium-sized Scallions, chopped
Directions:
Brown your choice of meat in a large skillet until cooked all the way through. (I used ground turkey). Add the minced Ginger.
Add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Add the Cole slaw mix and stir until coated with the sauce.
Next, add the carrots, garlic and scallions.
Mix thoroughly and cook on medium high heat until the Cole slaw has reduced by half. Approx. 10-15 minutes.
