Ingredients:
1 Cup Cocoa Powder
4 Cups Confectioner’s Sugar
½ Cup softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
½ Cup Evaporated Milk
Directions:
Mix cocoa and sugar. Cream with the butter.
Blend in the vanilla and milk. Mix until smooth.
Spread on the Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake recipe or my Oil & Vinegar no eggs chocolate cake recipe (Or any cake!) and enjoy!
