Honey-Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

• 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs

• 3/4 cup soy sauce

• 3/4 cup ketchup

• 2/3 Cup Honey

• 5 cloves, garlic minced

• 1 tablespoon dried basil

• 2 large Shallots, diced

• 1 tsp each Salt, pepper

• Rice


Directions:

1. Lay 4 of the chicken thighs into the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker.

2. Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, shallots, salt, pepper and basil together in a bowl.

3. Pour ½ of the mixture over the chicken.

4. Add the other 4 chicken thighs and pour the remaining mixture over the chicken.

5. Cook on Low for 6 hours.

6. Serve over rice.
