Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

1/2 cup stone ground mustard (or Dijon mustard)
1/2 cup honey
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste
Mix all together in a blender or food processor.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week
