Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

  • 1/2 cup stone ground mustard (or Dijon mustard)

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar

  • Salt, pepper to taste


  1. Mix all together in a blender or food processor.

  2. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week
