Honey Skillet Corn

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

  • 3 Tablespoons Honey

  • 1 Bag (16 oz.) Frozen Corn (or fresh from the cob in season)

  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese (whipped or block cut into chunks)

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ¼ tsp Pepper

  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder


  1. Melt the butter and honey in a large skillet pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Once melted, add the frozen corn, and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked through. If using fresh corn, cook until just heated though about 3 minutes.

  3. Add the cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir together and let cook for additional 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and everything is sticking together.

Serve immediately!
