How do I feel today? Better than yesterday? Will I feel better tomorrow?
These are the three feel good questions I ask myself everyday. Do I feel refreshed and alive when I woke up today? Am I still feeling blah and not motivated from yesterday? Do I just want today to end, and move on to tomorrow?
A lot of these questions are answered on how well I control my physical and mental health well-being. Am I doing the right thing today on controlling my diet and exercise? Did I slack off yesterday, and am I still feeling guilty? Did I not sleep well stressing about the coming day?
Wow, so many questions to answer on how I am feeling can lead up to a whole lot of stress on myself!
Is it all necessary? NOT AT ALL! A healthy Mind is a healthy Body!
Indeed, stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can give you a jump on managing them. Stress that's left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.
When stress starts interfering with your ability to live a normal life for an extended period, it becomes even more dangerous. Chronic stress may also cause disease, either because of changes in your body or the overeating, smoking and other bad habits people use to cope with stress.
How do you get rid of stress?
Each of these stress-relieving tips can get you from OMG to omg in less than 15 minutes.

How can I reduce stress naturally?
Here's a list of some of the most effective natural stress reducers:
Massage. This is kind of a no-brainer, right? Everybody loves a massage!
Meditation. Meditation, or mindfulness, only takes 15 to 30 minutes a day. That small amount of peace in your day can help you deal with or even release stress.
Exercise. It has the added benefit of releasing endorphins into the brain, which improves your mood. It also prevents obesity and other health problems, giving you less to be stressed about.
Organize your life. Organization offers a sense of control and peace of mind.
Eat healthy. It’s actually been proven that junk food can make us depressed (not to mention, making us overweight) - No surprise there, so clean up your diet!
Limit Internet and cellphone use. Disconnect, disconnect, disconnect. Part of the problem with reducing stress in today’s world is that we are never truly able to shield ourselves from it, so turn off those devices and chill out.
B Vitamins. B vitamins are known to promote proper functioning of the brain and nervous system, as well as help induce relaxation and fight fatigue.
Aromatherapy. Inhaling certain scents has been shown to have immediate stress relief effects by raising mood, reducing anxiety and aiding focus and concentration.
Sleep. This is the most important natural stress reducer of them all. Too little sleep leaves us cranky, irritable and on edge. Too much sleep can leave us sluggish and depressed. Try to find the right balance that allows you to feel well-rested and ready for the day.
Finding out what helps you the best, will help you wake up every morning, ready to start your day with no regrets, no do-overs and no worrying about the next day to come!
One day at a time y'all, one day at a time! Have you started your day over yet? I feel better already, don't you?
