Ice Box Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 box chocolate pudding

  • 1 box vanilla pudding

  • 1 container whipped topping

  • 15 whole rectangular squares graham crackers (2 packages)


Directions:

  1. Make the chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding according to package directions. Place in the refrigerator for two hours or overnight.

  2. In a deep rectangular pan, or other container, place 6 graham cracker squares on the bottom of the pan or container. (two layers)

  3. Add the vanilla pudding over the top of the graham crackers and spread evenly.

  4. Next, add a layer of whipped topping and spread over the vanilla pudding evenly.

  5. Next step - add another 6 graham cracker squares over the whipped topping.

  6. Add the chocolate pudding over the top of the graham crackers, and then add another single layer (3) of the graham crackers.

  7. Top with the remaining whipped topping.

  8. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.


Next day, scoop and serve!
