Ingredients:
· 16 Ice Cream Sandwiches
· 1 (12 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping
· 20 Oreo Cookies, smashed (you can use plain chocolate wafers also)
· ½ gallon Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream
· 1 (16 ounce) container of non-dairy whipped topping
Directions:
Place one layer of the ice cream sandwiches side by side in a 9 x 9 inch baking pan.
Spread the ice cream evenly over top of the ice cream sandwiches.
Spread the hot fudge topping evenly over the sandwiches.
Next, spread 1/2 of the smashed Oreos.
Place the second layer of ice cream sandwiches on top.
Mix the remaining half of smashed Oreos with the whipped topping and spread evenly over the top of the cake.
Cover and freeze overnight. Keep unused portion covered and frozen.
