Italian Love Cake



  • 1 package Fudge Marble Cake Mix

  • 2 Lbs. Ricotta Cheese

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ½ Cup sugar

For Frosting:

  • 3 oz. Instant Chocolate pudding

  • 1 C Milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed


1. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Prepare cake according to package directions. Pour batter into pan. In a large mixer, beat the rest of the cake ingredients together and then spread evenly over the cake batter.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Cool completely in pan at least 4-5 hours or refrigerate overnight. Invert onto a platter. Beat pudding mix with milk and flavoring until well blended.

3. Fold in the cool whip. Spread mixture on top with a thin layer on the sides. Refrigerate before and after serving!
