Mango Salsa


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced

  • 1 1/2 cups Mango, diced

  • 1/2 cup Red onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons dried cilantro

  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

  1. Stir the tomatoes, mango, onion, sugar, cilantro, lime juice, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic together in a bowl.

  2. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight before serving.

Serve with your favorite chips!
