Maple Glazed Salmon

  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup

  • 4 tsp Soy Sauce

  • 4 tsp Grainy Stone Ground Mustard

  • 2 lbs. Salmon Fillets (thawed)

Directions: (Serves 4-6)

  1. In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, mustard & soy sauce until combined well.

  2. Arrange the salmon fillet on parchment paper or foil lined, rimmed baking sheet.

  3. Spoon the glaze over the fish.

  4. Bake in center of a 425-degree oven for 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested.

Serve with some fresh pea pods and enjoy!
