No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients:


  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 Cup sugar

  • 1 Cup sour cream

  • 2 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • Fresh whipped cream


Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar.

  2. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.

  3. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust.

  4. Chill until set, at least 4 hours.

  5. Top with fresh whipped cream!
