
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup plain yogurt
1 Tablespoon honey
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup organic almond milk
1 Tablespoon chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds
Any berries that you like: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.
Directions:
1) To a canning jar (medium size), add the oats, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and almond milk. Combine all together.
2) Top with berries and nuts. Screw on the lid.
3) Refrigerate and take it to go the next day.
Make a few at a time – lasts all week! Enjoy!
