Oatmeal in a Jar to go Vanilla Berry


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (I used plain or strawberry flavored)

  • 1 Tablespoon honey

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  • Any berries that you like: 10 blueberries, 2 strawberries, halved, raspberries, blackberries, etc. *optional – 3-4 T slivered almonds*


Directions:

1) To a canning jar (medium size), add the oats, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and almond milk. Combine all together.

2) Add the berries and almonds. Screw on the lid.

3) Refrigerate and take it to go the next day.

Make a few at a time – lasts all week! Enjoy!
