Oil & Vinegar Chocolate Cake
(No eggs!) 🎂 Ingredients: 3 cups flour 1 1/2 cups white sugar 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup cocoa 1 tsp salt 2 T white vinegar 2 tsp Vanilla 1/2 cup plus 2 T vegetable oil 2 cups water
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Make 3 holes in the mix.
In one hole add the vinegar, in the second hole add the vanilla and in the third hole add the oil.
Pour the 2 cups of water over the mix. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 13 x 9 pan or tube cake pan.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Until a Wooden toothpick comes out clean.
