Oil & Vinegar Chocolate Cake


(No eggs!) 🎂 Ingredients: 3 cups flour 1 1/2 cups white sugar 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup cocoa 1 tsp salt 2 T white vinegar 2 tsp Vanilla 1/2 cup plus 2 T vegetable oil 2 cups water


Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

  3. Make 3 holes in the mix.

  4. In one hole add the vinegar, in the second hole add the vanilla and in the third hole add the oil.

  5. Pour the 2 cups of water over the mix. Mix thoroughly.

  6. Pour into a 13 x 9 pan or tube cake pan.

  7. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Until a Wooden toothpick comes out clean.

· Frost and decorate! * I used my fluffy cocoa frosting recipe!
