Ingredients:
1 lb. turkey cutlets (4 cutlets)
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
½ Cup ½ and ½ milk
¼ Cup sour cream
1 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder
½ Cup shredded mozzarella
¼ Cup parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 T olive oil
White rice (any kind)
Directions:
Cook the Rice. Cut the turkey cutlets into one inch chunks.
Add 1 T olive oil to a skillet and add the onions, spices and turkey chunks cook until no longer pink.
Add the soup and milk and stir until bubbly.
Add the sour cream, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
Serve over Rice.
