Turkey Cutlet Two Layer Casserole
2 lbs. thinly sliced turkey cutlets
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 T Italian seasoning
4 slices cheddar/jack cheese
¼ Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper to season
1 cup Flavored Panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper. Layer 1 lb. of the cutlets on the bottom of a casserole dish.
Spread ½ of the can of chicken soup over the cutlets. Sprinkle 1 T of the Italian seasoning over the soup.
Top with 2 slices of the cheddar/jack cheese.
Top with the panko bread crumbs and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
