Peanut Butter & Banana Dog Biscuits

1 medium banana
1 Cup whole wheat flour, or all-purpose white flour
2/3 Cup rolled oats
¼ Cup dried parsley (for bad breath, lol)
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mash 1 medium-sized peeled banana in a large bowl.
Add 1 cup of whole wheat or all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup of rolled oats, dried parsley, 3 Tbsp. peanut butter and 1 beaten egg and mix well.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Pat the mixture to ½ inch thickness and cut out circles with a round cookie cutter, or other small cutter. (a shot glass or Tupperware shot size container works well) see pic above.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
A great snack after a nice, long walk!
