Peanut Butter Sauce Ramen Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 6 Oz. Ramen Noodles (I used 2 packets of chicken ramen noodles and threw the packet away)

  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

  • 2 Tbsp. Smooth Peanut Butter

  • 2 Tbsp. Honey

  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar

  • 1 T Minced Garlic (or 1 clove, minced)

  • 1/2 tsp. Ginger Powder

  • Parsley Flakes for garnish, optional

  • Sesame Seeds for garnish, optional


Directions:

  1. Cook and drain the ramen noodles. While they are cooking, make the sauce.

  2. In a medium bowl, add the sesame oil, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Whisk until well combined and smooth.

  4. Pour the sauce over the hot noodles and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Top each serving with the sesame seeds and parsley if desired.

    (Makes two 3 oz. servings)
