Ramen Noodle Chicken Vegetable Bake

  • 3 Packages of Ramen chicken noodles

  • 3 packets of the ramen seasoning (do not add to the noodles)

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders cut into 1” chunks

  • 1 package frozen vegetables thawed (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots blend) **

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • ½ yellow onion, diced

  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Stir fry or roast the chicken chunks until cooked through.

  3. Cook the ramen noodles without the seasoning according to package directions. Drain.

  4. Line them on the bottom of a 9 x 11 baking pan.

  5. Mix the ramen packet seasoning, chicken chunks, and cream of chicken soup together. Stir in the onions.

  6. Spread the chicken mixture over the top of the noodles.

  7. Sprinkle the vegetables over the top of the chicken mixture and top with the shredded cheese.

  8. Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

**note** You can also use fresh veggies! Cut up carrots and broccoli and roast them first!
