Peanut Butter Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1 Cup Organic Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 1 1/4 Cups Powdered Sugar, reserved


Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add 1 cup of the powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined and a thick dough forms.

  3. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and then roll into the reserved powdered sugar to coat evenly.

  4. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Store in the freezer until firm. (At least 2 hours before serving or overnight). Keep stored in the freezer in a storage container.
