Ingredients:
Crust:
1/3 Cup sugar
2 Cups flour
¾ Cup cubed butter, softened
¼ tsp salt
Topping:
1 ½ Cups sugar
1 ½ Cups corn syrup
4 eggs
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
2 ½ Cups chopped pecans
Directions:
Combine the sugar and the butter together. Add the flour and salt and form together. Pat the batter onto a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Mix all the topping ingredients together and pour over the baked crust.
Bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool and slice into squares.
