Ingredients:
4 Eggs
2 Cups All-purpose flour
2 Cups Milk
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease and flour a 12-muffin cup pan.
2. In a medium bowl beat the eggs lightly. Beat in flour, milk and salt until just smooth; being careful not to overbeat. Fill the muffin cups.
3. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Decrease oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 20 minutes more. Immediately remove from the muffin tins and serve piping hot with “liquid gold” a.k.a. Butter!
*Note: These pair very well with any kind of soup!
