Ingredients:
4 – 5 lbs. Pork Shoulder
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
BBQ Sauce (your favorite)
Rolls
Cole Slaw
Seasoning for Pork:
1 T salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder.
Mix all together.
Directions:
Mix all the spices together and rub all over the pork shoulder. Place on a pan (fat side up) and place in pre-heated 275-degree oven for 7-8 hours.
To assemble the sliders, remove the roast from the oven and shred with two forks. Add the BBQ Sauce to the pork and mix together or top the BBQ sauce individually on your sandwiches.
Layer the pork pieces on top of your Roll, then add the shredded cheddar cheese. Once you have them all assembled, place on a cookie sheet, along with the tops (placed on the cookie sheet separately from the slider) and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is all melted.
Top with your favorite BBQ sauce (if not mixed already with the pork) and add the Cole slaw to the top (if desired).
