Sesame Soy Broccoli

1 Broccoli Crown cut with or without the stems. (You choose) 😊
2 T sesame seeds
5-6 T Soy Sauce
4 T Olive Oil
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt, pepper (to taste)
In a medium size pot, par-boil the broccoli for about 10 minutes. Drain.
Add the Olive oil to a large frying pan and then add the broccoli.
Add the Soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir fry until the broccoli is tender, but not overcooked. (you want it to still be a nice rich, green color)
Stir in the sesame seeds until the broccoli is coated. Serve immediately! Broccoli never tasted so tasty!
