Ingredients:
Crust:
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
3 T white sugar
½ Cup butter
1 Cup flour
Cream Cheese Layer:
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Cup powdered sugar
3 Cups Whipped cream (my preference) or cool whip
Puddings:
Vanilla Pudding (5.1 oz.) Make according to package directions
Chocolate Pudding (5.1 oz.) Make according to package directions
Shaved chocolate
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a mixer, combine all the crust ingredients together and press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake the crust for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the vanilla and chocolate pudding per instructions on the package.
In a mixer, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of the whipped cream or cool whip. Mix until light and fluffy.
Let the crust cool.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly. Spread the chocolate pudding over the bottom crust, then the vanilla pudding.
Top with the remaining whipped cream or cool whip and sprinkle with the chocolate shavings.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
