Sheet Pan Lemon Shrimp over Pasta


  • 1 stick Butter

  • 2 Large or jumbo size Shrimp packages of Ocean caught, raw shrimp (I like the Red Argentina shrimp the best for flavor! So sweet!) If purchasing frozen, completely thawed.

  • 2 Lemons

  • 1 packet of Italian Seasoning (I use good seasons)

  • 1 pound of pasta, your favorite choice


  1. Melt one stick of butter.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  3. Peel and rinse your shrimp.

  4. Cut the lemons into thin slices.

  5. On a tin foiled lined baking sheet, place the sliced lemons.

  6. Top the lemon slices with the shrimp.

  7. Pour the melted butter over all of the shrimp and lemons.

  8. Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning.

  9. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

  10. Prepare your favorite pasta.

  11. Drain the pasta, and pour the shrimp and lemons with all the juices from the pan over your pasta. Toss to combine.

  12. Serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
