Sourdough Cottage Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup or to your liking Organic Crushed tomatoes

  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese

  • Fresh Parmesan Cheese

  • Italian Seasoning

  • Ham slices, pepperoni, turkey pepperoni, or your favorite topping, if desired

  • 1 slice Sourdough Bread


Directions:

  1. Puree the crushed tomatoes for just a few seconds in a blender or food processor, you don't want your tomatoes too watery. (Or you could just leave crushed)

  2. Spread the tomato sauce over the slice of sourdough bread.

  3. Spread the cottage cheese over the tomatoes.

  4. Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning.

  5. Top with the parmesan cheese.

  6. Add the two slices of ham or your favorite topping, if desired.

  7. Place in your air fryer with a temperature set at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

  8. Slice in two and Enjoy!
