1 1/2 Cups Graham cracker crumbs
¼ Cup Butter, melted
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup confectioner’s Sugar
8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the crumbs and the butter together and pat down in a small square pan or round/oval baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and then cool completely.
Whip the heavy cream till peaks form and then add the confectioners sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Mix until combined and smooth. (Refrigerate until the crust is completely cooled.
Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the cooled graham cracker crust, and top with the cherry pie filling.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight before serving.
