Did You Smile Today?
July 31, 2020
Did you Smile 😊 Today?
It is the last day of the month, if you haven’t smiled yet, ask yourself why the heck not?
Are you not making needed changes in your life? Is Someone in your life pissing you off? Too many enablers telling you what you should and shouldn’t be doing? Stuck in a relationship you don’t want to be in? Too many questions not answered? Can’t decide on a diet plan? Not exercising enough? Not losing any weight? You just can’t stay on track with your health happiness plan?
If you answered YES to any of the above – do not fret! Hopefully, you will be smiling by the end of today, I guarantee it!
Just ask yourself if you could just change one thing in your life this second, this minute, this day – what would it be? Is it attainable? Can you make the change right now? If not, why not? Is there something or someone holding you back? Get rid of that something! Have a much-needed
conversation with that “someone”. Force yourself to move on and make a change!
You and only you are responsible for your happiness and your smile today!
Don’t wait for another month to be over before you make a change that makes you smile again! Be with someone who wants to make you smile every day!
All you need to do is make that one small change, no matter what it is in your life, to make you happy again! Once you make one change and smile about it, all the other changes you need or want to make will come so much easier for you!
Before you know it, you are smiling every day, because you are so proud of all that you are becoming. Facing challenges and climbing over obstacles will just become routine maintenance for you now.
All it takes is one change to put that smile back on your face. Take baby steps, and before you know it, they are giant steps you never thought you could take again!
So, please – do it for yourself - don’t put off your happiness any longer! It all starts with YOU. It all starts with you saying, YES, I can make changes and YES, I will make changes, because YES, I do want to smile every day again!
Decide what those changes are going to be. Make a list and check off each one as you overcome then! You may be surprised at how many changes you can make in a day, in a week, in a month or even in a year. Maybe all you need is that “One” change to make you smile. Make it today!
Looking back – you can say YES, I DID!
