Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup fresh parsley

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until you get a nice, creamy, smooth texture.

  3. Place in a sealed container. (Mason jars work great!)

  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
