It’s not too late! Make those resolutions today!
I know, I know, resolutions are hodge podge, right? Absolutely! The problem is not in making those resolutions every year, the problem is making the same resolutions every year and then not working on achieving them!
We all need to stop and take a breath. We need to focus on what is really important in our lives. We need to decide what we want to change, what we want to leave the heck alone, and what we want to see happen.
Making a list is really great and all if it truly works for you. But if you are like me, making a list every December or January gives me motivation and inspiration sure, but for at least half of the resolutions we all make, they are just out of reach, or impossible to achieve.
The best thing to do I believe, is to make small, simple changes in your life that result in big benefits. Make a small list of goals that you know you can achieve over the year. Not in a week, or a month, but goals you want to reach and achieve over the course of the year.
Don’t set yourself up for failure and make a list with a bunch of goals, just focus on maybe 5 things you would like to see happen this year. Work on one at a time at your own pace!
Your list can be anything you want it to be. You can focus on changes and goals you want to reach for yourself, your family, a friend, or co-worker.
If you want to reach your “Health Happiness” Kudos to you! This should all be our number one goal to reach!
One day at a time peeps, one day at a time. It starts with you. So instead of making a list with the same old, same ole resolutions, start fresh. New challenges, new ideas, new goals!
If one doesn’t workout right now, no worries. Don’t beat yourself up. Start on another one, and I guarantee you, by the end of the year you will have achieved at least one change and reached one goal on your list – and that is freakin awesome!
You go person, you go!
This year is still loading, it’s only January, you got this! Let’s make this year the best ever for reaching one of our resolutions! I am definitely all in!
Last year is so “old news”, we do not want to remember, so let’s move forward and be motivated and positive. We all got this!
You got this!
