It’s time to break those chains…


Is their something or someone holding you back from reaching your health happiness? Don’t let “it” or “them” stop you from breaking free!

Setting clear boundaries on how you

want to be treated and what makes you feel comfortable can help you manage controlling behavior. Consider speaking with the controlling person to reflect on how their actions may affect you or cross your boundaries. Know when to leave the situation if they don't change.

  2. Identify your fears. Concentrate on your influence.

  3. Differentiate between ruminating and problem-solving.

  4. Create a stress management plan.

  5. Develop healthy affirmations.
