Jello & Fruit Celebration Cake
Ingredients: 1 package White Cake Mix 1 package Jell-O Gelatin (3 oz) (I used strawberry) 1 C boiling water 1 C cold water 1 Container Cool Whip (Or fresh whipping cream) Blueberries Strawberries
Prepare cake mix as directed and bake. Cool in Pan for 15 minutes.
Poke holes in the top with the end of a wooden spoon.
Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water and mix in cold water.
Pour over the top of the cake in pan. Chill for 3 - 4 hours or overnight. (I always make the day before)
Spread with cool whip or whipping cream and arrange blueberries and strawberries like a flag as shown in the picture. Yummy and Refreshing!
