Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
½ Cup Oats
1 T Baking Powder
1 Cup skim milk
1 egg, beaten (or ¼ Cup egg substitute)
2 T vegetable oil
Directions:
Oil and heat an electric griddle to 375 degrees. Or use a stove top griddle or fry pan.
Mix all ingredients until moistened. Scoop by 1/4 cupful’s.
Makes 12 pancakes.
