Oat Schmancake Pancakes


Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Flour

  • ½ Cup Oats

  • 1 T Baking Powder

  • 1 Cup skim milk

  • 1 egg, beaten (or ¼ Cup egg substitute)

  • 2 T vegetable oil


Directions:

  1. Oil and heat an electric griddle to 375 degrees. Or use a stove top griddle or fry pan.

  2. Mix all ingredients until moistened. Scoop by 1/4 cupful’s.

  3. Makes 12 pancakes.
