You have Options!

With so many diet crazes out there, it is absolutely, impossible not to have options! But finding the right option for you can be daunting, complicated, and even overwhelming!

How do you know which option will work the best for you?



Do diets even work? What new diet craze is out there now? So many choices, how do I choose?

Confused? Over-whelmed? Crazed? We have all been there! So many diet plans have been introduced to us over the years. We have been on so many different ones, it’s hard to remember which ones actually worked, which ones were a lost cause, and which ones were absolute fails.


The truth is no diet plan actually works. What works is your attitude to change your lifestyle, what you eat, whether you want to exercise, and whether or not you want to gain your health happiness permanently.


If you answered “YES” to all of the above, then you are on the right track to making the best, healthiest decision for your health happiness journey.


Let’s start with your “Attitude”Like it or not, this is the most important change of all! If you are not in the right mind set to begin with, then nothing will help you achieve your health happiness goals! Attitude is Everything! It’s true – trust me! Years and years of experience tell us all that to reach your goals, you have to absolutely be in the right mind set. A Good, healthy, happy, I want to do this attitude makes all the difference in the world when choosing to put your health happiness over anything else in your life. Because, once you choose “YOU” then anything is possible!





OK – you nailed that part – you have the right attitude to move forward – “next step”:






What You Eat! If you think just because you changed your attitude, you can continue on eating the same diet, think again! Wrong Attitude! Obviously, what you have been eating isn’t working. Time to start eating the right foods if you want to lose weight, re-gain your stamina, have more energy, sleep better and feel a whole lot better!


What to eat then, you ask? Vegetables, Fruits, Whole Grains, nuts, seeds all the great stuff you get from the great Earth! Let’s start with those first. Are you never going to eat a cheeseburger, or ice cream cone again? The truth is, that would be so unrealistic, unless of course that is your goal. Start with changing out your diet to more wholesome, earth friendly foods. This is the first step. Meat, poultry, fish, etc. of course you can have all of these too!


Moderation is key, however. Like your sweets? Find alternatives, that give you that sweet taste without giving you the “sweet” in calories and fats.


Introduce new foods that you thought you wouldn’t like or have never tried before into your diet. You will be pleasantly surprised on what you thought you would not eat, that you now love to eat!


Stay away from processed foods as much as you can. So many artificial ingredients that are so not good for you!


OK – you nailed that part too – you have the right attitude, you have the knowledge of what to eat, time to move forward – “next step”:



Exercise!

If you think just because you nailed the right attitude, you are eating the right foods and eating healthier, that you are golden – think again! If you decide not to move that beautiful body of yours even for a few minutes a day, then all of your hard work in changing your attitude and eating healthier wont pay off to your tired old bones and muscles if you don’t use them! Looking to lose some extra pounds? You will lose them a lot faster and keep them off permanently if you get into a regular, consistent exercise routine!


Just 10 minutes a day of moving that body will help you maintain your weight loss and get those extra pounds off quicker! Do not be a couch potato and expect great losses! It is better for your attitude and better for your healthier eating habits if you move, move, move that body! Any kind of exercise is progress! You do not have to be a marathon runner or a body builder, or even go to the gym to get the exercise you need. Just do something every day, even for just 10 minutes and you will feel better, look better and have a better attitude!


OK – you nailed that part too – you now have the right attitude, you now have the knowledge of what to eat, and you have now established a great exercise routine! Now it is time to move forward – establishing your health happiness, maintaining it, and making it a permanent way of life for you!


You have finally reached your goal(s) – time to keep them reached. 😊 Maintaining your health happiness is your new way of life. Through attitude, healthy eating habits and exercise ingrained in your brain – you now have the three most important tools in your new lifestyle to make these changes permanent.


You should feel good about all the changes you have made. Your options have been chosen wisely – go forward with all that you have learned about yourself. What works, what doesn’t work, and how you can maintain everything you have learned to live a healthy, happy full life!
