Practice What You Preach are such true words to live up to everyday when you are constantly expressing them!

Proof is in the picture people always say. Be true to yourself. If you are going to say the words, then live the life you are preaching about.



It is so much easier to tell people what or how to do things to live a healthier, happier life than it is to do it for yourself most days.


Every morning you wake up is another day to believe in what you tell other people to do for yourself. Once you reach the goals you have set for yourself, you automatically want to share your experience with other people who are trying to reach the same goals. Sharing your experience is a great thing to do and very inspiring as long as you can continue practicing all the accomplishments you have made for yourself every day.


The changes you have made are good ones, so continue practicing them every day. Live by them one day at a time. It’s o.k. to mess up every now and then, no one is going to fault you for following behind occasionally. As long as you get back up and continue on where you left off. Practicing what you preach will become second nature to you! You will help others just by helping yourself.


Following these simple guidelines for a healthy heart and a healthy you, will keep you and everyone else motivated.



1. Exercise for 30 minutes at least 5 days a week.

2. Eat a Plant Based well-rounded Diet.

3. Limit your alcohol intake.

4. Maintain a Healthy weight.

5. Avoid Tobacco products.

6. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every day.





You have made it this far on your journey, so, continue making progress every day and practice what you preach every.single.day.

I promise you it is worth it! You are worth it!
